The Radioactive Water Sample Evaporation, Concentration, and Acid Driving Instrument (also known as: Total α/β Radioactivity Water Evaporation and Concentration System) is designed based on national standard methods. It integrates a far-infrared radiation heating system, intelligent sampling system, and high-precision concentration quantification system. It features adjustable heating power, constant temperature heating, modular heating component conversion, stepwise slow sample addition, evaporation concentration quantitative control, intelligent voice alarm, and automatic sealing upon completion of concentration. This enables unattended, intelligent, automatic, safe, and reliable evaporation and concentration of various samples.
Application Scope

The instrument is suitable for the water quality and tap water industry, providing fully automated pretreatment for evaporation, concentration, and acid driving of water samples during the detection of total α, β, and other radioactive water samples. It is also used for automatic evaporation and concentration of environmental air dustfall samples, evaporation and concentration for total dissolved solids (TDS) projects, and other large-volume water sample concentration processes.

Technical Advantages

1. PLC control system, 7-inch large touch screen, one-click start, constant temperature heating, stepwise sample addition, automatic flow path switching, and automatic concentration quantification;
2. Direct quantification using porcelain evaporation dishes, following national standard methods without the need for sample transfer;

3. Equipped with far-infrared radiation heating device for uniform heating, programmable PID constant temperature control, and individual control for each heating port;
4. High-precision peristaltic pump combined with a quantitative module automatically adds samples during the experiment and continues with quantitative sample addition after concentration is achieved;

5. Sensor quantitative detection system with ±1g accuracy, allowing independent setting of total addition volume, single addition volume, and final concentration volume; automatically stops the experiment when the set volume is reached;
6. Built-in positive pressure air purge inside the main unit to prevent acid mist from entering and causing corrosion;

7. After the experiment, the sample addition pipelines can be cleaned automatically by吸入纯水 (sucking in pure water) for overall pipeline cleaning;

8. The instrument can be upgraded for automatic acid addition, enabling fully unattended operation and improving experimental efficiency.
